Automate / Develop Excel tool for eBay listings, Mac + PC ?

Hi there! Thanks for taking a peek at my project. I suspect that some of you may have a better solution than the one I have in mind, so first, I'll describe the problem: I have an eBay store in which I sell one-off items: vintage accessories, Gap jeans, etc. I spend a lot of time developing listings. I also have a number of people (locally) who are interested in making money in exchange for creating listings. Having them use my username, etc. on eBay has been less than ideal, and it's slow going (which makes them hesitant to continue the work). I know that this stuff can be done quickly with the right tools. Some of you probably already have the tools... :) I'm thinking that the right solution here is some sort of uploadable CSV file that can be used to plug content into TurboLister (ideally, it could work with GarageSale because I run on a Mac, but I've recently invested in Parallels and know that eBay is really designed for PC use; I'm getting with the program). I would like a solution that will enable me to have other people develop individual listing content without having to have my username/account info. Ideally, there will be dropdowns for the fields that are eBay generated, fixed fields for the information I prefer to have included in my listings (this may change based on product type), and I would like a space that permits formatted boilerplate language to both exist - and be edited when needed. I want the solution to allow users to enter individual product content - and to link up to 12 photographs to the product listing in the CSV file prior to upload. I want the solution to bulk upload easily to eBay. I want a quick and dirty cheat-sheet that can show my people how to use this tool, and another that shows me (or someone else I hire) how to upload the content to eBay via TurboLister. Ideally, the developer could also walk me through it in some sort of virtual environment; I am an experiential learner and will be much less of a pain in the butt post-project if I understand it before it's delivered. :) And- if any one of my criteria is something that would put me way out of the price range, I've detailed, I want to know about it so we can explore alternatives. :) Thanks so much!
