Bookkeeper Needed: Small Business Owner - Accounting

I am currently looking for an accountant for my business finances. I have multiple small businesses, and have gotten behind in the accounting. I am looking for someone to work on one or two accounting projects to help me get caught up with bookkeeping.
The job itself is very basic, however it may be difficult to understand some of the unique aspects of my businesses and get up-to-speed. Patience, clear communication and being able to give feedback and suggestions is required. We will have to be in touch (via IM like Skype would be best), and you'll have to encode every expenses and incomes in the right account.
You will use Quicken/Quickbooks for accounting, and will have access to mint.com. Most expenses are done via debit card or check, however there are some cash expenses. Some accounting is already started, so must be able to read prior data / categories / etc.
This includes checking account reconciling, budget reporting etc. Must be proficient at Quickbooks Accounting, efficient with hours, and a problem solver (they do always come up).
You MUST be dependable, have REGULAR HOURS you are online and available on Skype with CLEAR and FLUENT ENGLISH. You MUST be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. MUST provide Resume reflecting training and expereince. You also MUST provide client references that we can check along with their contact information.
You MUST be willing to provide summaries of your work and work on freelancer to record work progress. Please be on time with clear communication and interested in working together on future projects if needed.
To start 20 hours for the first project.
