Credit Card Website Design

I need a template design that is similar to the style, color scheme, and quality of the following: Home Page [login to view URL] Sub Page [login to view URL] I also need an additional template design that is similar to the style, color scheme, and quality of the following: [login to view URL] Note: this additional template is for my affiliates to use, to advertise my cards. I absolutely am NOT looking for a clone site! The point of including the above links is to illustrate the basic design, colors, and overall high quality of the template I am requesting be designed. Requirements -------------------------------------------------------------- - Absolutely MUST be able to product the same or better level of quality as the site mentioned - Must have a very strong background in layout and design, as well as understand meanings behind color schemes - MUST have the ability to create high quality images and icons (please see the site for examples) - Template MUST be original (not a copy or clone of the site mentioned, nor anything from Template Monster) - Template MUST be in .PSD and HTML formats - Must be CSS compliant (style sheets, not embedded formatting... does not have to be Web2.0) - All TEXT on site must be editable text, not embedded in images (may be a few exceptions) - Template must be cross-browser compatible (firefox, ie, safari... don’t worry about Netscape) - Template must be designed for 1024x768 resolution - Must be willing to submit work-in-progress versions of the template as well as mock-ups - MUST be easy to work with and willing to make revisions until complete satisfaction is meet Home page should have the following sections *: -------------------------------------------------------------- - Left-panel link menu (no image menu) with the same header item / sub-item as the website mentioned - Left-panel Spaced wide enough for standard 160x600 banners (so, enough for 160x wide with some padding) - I really like / want similiar icons on the homepage where I can list the best overall types of cards for specific categories. These would be: - Best Overall cards - Best Rate cards - Best Rewards cards - Best Cards for Bad Credit - Would like for there to be "our recommendation" section just below (similar to what's on the reference site) for credit cards of varying types. Header and details should all be text-based for editing and easy swapping. - Need content sections with varying color headers to make up the rest of the page. Any additional creative layouts are very much welcome. Sub-page should have the following sections *: -------------------------------------------------------------- - Header text should be H1 for TITLE, H2 for subtitle. Below should be room for SEO optimized text (please note: all CONTENT should just be stubbed with Lorem Ipsum, etc). This isn't a content job. It's design / layout only. - Page should contain a grid view with credit card details laid out similar to this: [login to view URL] - After the grid should be more room for SEO optimized text. - Should end page with a similar Credit Card Types section, where each image would be a clickable HREF. * NOTE: Both pages should have a footer that includes links to Privacy Policy and Usage And Agreement. Additionally, the template is owned entirely by me (the buyer) and can NOT be redistributed, reused, or resold (I don’t want to see the thing on Template Monster... ever).
