We are an IT services company we have list of services such as (computer maintenance, troubleshooting , we are working in PC and Mac which mean the techie guide should cover both operating system and we need to write our technician handbook.
We are looking for someone who has experience in compiling technical manual for our techies; should use professional and perfect English language.
The idea is to guide and teach the techie our working procedures
We will support you with similar materials to be implemented and any other useful information as needed.
We want to be sure that all our techies are familiar with our services and are following our procedures in other words we expect every person in our techies team to implement the same procedures/standards whenever handling client requirements.(client shouldn’t feel any difference when we change his/her techies)

we expect creative idea from the writer who have full knowledge and he will create every thing by his own ..
