Complete Information Products - To Licence

Do you have an information product that you're creating or have already finished? I'm looking to include a few new products into my line up and I'm therefore looking for high quality, informative and engaging projects to take forward. I have a brand that these elements need to fit into and I'm therefore looking for products that will appeal to sophisticated men in the 25 - 50 age range. The information should be in the form of a guide or how to, in order to be an educational resource that will help the reader. The potential products can be on a variety of subjects, but I'm especially interested in the following areas: poker, share investing, speech writing, financial market trading, online business, app creation, property development etc. In terms of the material, I'm flexible as to the delivery mechanism, so can be an rebook, video course, audio course, set of articles etc - but regardless of the style, they should all be substantial informative and educational resources, not just a simple, quick or flimsy version of information thats readily available elsewhere. I would need to ensure that I have full rights to use the information you provide, either exclusively or as part of a licence agreement, to modify, change and duplicate as many times as necessary, for an extended period of time. This should include online and physical copies, in any country, are or language.
