AutoResponder Series E

The project consists of creating 9 autoresponder messges between 300 and 400 words long. Topics are all related to card file boxes and their uses and applications having to do with a product line of hardwood card file boxes of a number of sizes - 3x5, 4x6, 5x8 and several card capacities. There is an emphasis on good content for the reader along with good English readability. The target audience is US homemakers, craftspersons, office users, hobbyists, etc. ## Deliverables Deliverables: 1) 9 messages between 500 and 400 words each, in standard text file format. 2) Articles need to be original, of good quality, be content rich and be designed to deliver useful information that the target audience would appreciate, enjoy and find useful. Readers should feel informed after reading any of the messages. In addition, each message to end with 3 specific elements: 1) a teaser as to what is coming next, 2) a compelling reason why they really need one of the products (based on the rationale and info presented in the message) and 3) a reminder of our integrity (repeating some of our guarantee, warranty, and other advantages as per the web site). We want the reader to be left with the impression that they can't wait for the next message. Messages to be written in the first person from the store/company. They should be upbeat and positive. Each message to have a catchy title (subject line) that tends to "hook" the target audience. 3) Buyer will retain all rights and ownership. Writer is free to research any sources. Resulting articles must be completely original and adhere to all copyright laws. Previously submitting articles from another project or submitting these articles to others in the future is not acceptable. Content must not be plagiarized and must conform to applicable Canadian and U.S. copyright laws. 4) Articles are to be written in “American?? English with grammar and sentence structure consistent with that found in a professional journal or popular magazine. This level of English quality is absolutely essential. Buyer requires high quality material that meets the English standards of American and Canadian professionals. Buyer is not interested in rejecting and rewriting submissions to obtain this level of English. 5) Buyer requests that bidder submits a representative sample of work with your bid. This is expected to match the quality of the delivered articles. Based on this sample it is not expected that revisions will be necessary, but will be requested if appropriate. Please identify the amount of time to complete the sequence.
