Clean my House or Business

I'm suffering from Leaukemia I'm very tired but I'm not that messy. Just need dishes washed bathroom cleaned stove top cleaned and maybe garbage cleaned and emptied. Come once a week for an hour.

I am in remission with Leukaemia and i want to make this a permanent position after i recover and return to work.
When i return to work i want someone for 2 hours every fortnight.
