Configuration of Cisco ASA 5505

Install a CISCO ASA 5505 using CLI. The firewall will be in front of a Supermicro server. Initially the ASA+server will be setup behind a home adsl connection. Once working it will be moved for co-location at a data-center. I am new to Cisco ASA, but if possible the setup should:
o Allow IPMI access to the Supermicro server over a VPN connection to the ASA over the internet
o Allow web-based and ssh based CLI configuration of the ASA 5505 over a VPN connection on the internet
o The server will be running Cent OS, with a number of virtual servers, which should all be protected by the firewall
I need help to get the first installation up and running to get something to start with. For someone familiar with Cisco CLI and networking it should be a quick job, but it requires expertise in CLI and networking which I lack myself.
