Can't login into wordpress control panel - tried updating database tables already

In the past week our wordpress login panel stopped functioning. It doesn't allow login even after changing the user password through the wp_user database. It also doesn't send out the reset password email. I need someone who can login to the control panel and fix the problem so we can update the site. There will be additional coding work in this project so if you are able to do back end development with custom scripts and note all your coding changes well please let me know as well. Hopefully this should be a quick fix. Want someone to start NOW. [login to view URL]
