CSS template required for an existing website framework/layout

The website will be uploaded w/e 27th February. The basic layout and divs have been created. I need help with the CSS3 stylesheet to create a common theme including fonts and layouts and some help creating a logo, top level menu layout, breadcrumbs, and possible ads down the left and right hand columns. The website will be available as above but please feel to contact me for screen dumps in the meantime. I will add these in the coming days.
