CSS Cuting needed for the attached psd file following the given practises
## Deliverables
Generality :
Put in text all the texts and use the given Fonts folder exactly like the attached psd files.

The button "Vendre mon bien" is a link.
The button "Etre appel?" open a form in a fancybox with the fields Nom, pr?nom,T?l?phone and a submit.
The canvas "Acheter", "Louer","Vendre" are links.
"Nos coups de coeur" is animate in jquery with a slidding effect (the image, the button "en savoir plus" and the text change for each slide).
"Votre recherche" :
When you click on the radio button "Location" it must open a new page.
The select "type de bien" must be multiselect dropdownlist with checkbox.
The select "budget" is a simple select with the values : - 150 000 ? - De 150 000 ? ? 250 000?, De 250 000 ? ? 350 000?,
De 350 000 ? ? 450 000?, + 450 000 ?

The 3 social pictures (Facebook, Twitter, Mail) must share the url on the corresponding network Facebook and Twitter.
The mail must give the possibility to send the url to a friend by mail.

"Jouer le diaporama" must open a fancybox who play automatically all the images , included a control bar (with play, pause, next, previous =>in french is Jouer, Pause, pr?c?dent, suivant).
For the images, put a images gallery system like the psd.
We need also the following rules to be applied:
- The work has to be 100% W3C compliant
- The web page, once cut, has to look exactly like the PSD given,
- It must display the same in 1024 and above in IE7, IE8, IE9, Chrome, and FF at least.
- The cutting has to follow the logical blocs of the page.
- The cutting has to be "complete" which means :
. all the text has to be real text, not images,
. photos have to be isolately cut (because photos are dynamic actually),
. forms elements such as input, checkbox, radio button, select have to be HTML, not images or drawings,
- The cutting has to be elastic in height,
- No iframe nor frame must be used,
- No javascript for rollover, submenus, etc. except if absolutely necessary, just CSS,
- Please provide PSD for buttons or text in images,
- Only one style sheet, not one per page,
- Please respect the color of background,
- The page has a 955px with, everything that is on the right or on the left is in this background.
- The titles or sub titles of the pages have to be as close as possible of the <body> tag and use H1, H2, etc.
- Please use the following doctype:
