Custom ASP .NET development

The project involves building an ecommerce website partly similar to vacation rentals but with more video content and customization.
I need the frontend part done based on sample website screens/images and wire diagrams. The site will use ASP .NET 4.5 and MVC.
The backend is a web api under development. Test data and API specs will be provided as needed.
Detailed specs will be provided for the UI and work will be assigned based on estimates for specific task item.
Work will be done on an hourly basis and in chunks of 4 hours.
The site will be hosted in Microsoft Azure environment for development and testing.
