Create a simple FPS level in UE4

I am looking for someone who can create a basic UE4 level that is basically an FPS but with some slightly different and specific requirements. General Requirements The level will be in an interior area, specifics are not important You should be able to see your characters arms/hands Your character will be holding a pistol (with two hands) Your character can move using standard wasd controls Your characters POV can be controlled by the keyboard arrow keys All character and pistol actors need to be coded in C++ Specific Requirements The pistol needs to be moveable in in all three dimensions independently of your POV The pistols pivot point needs to be at the players wrist The pistols movement should be tied to the mouse left-right mouse movements moves the tip of the pistol left and right up-down mouse movements moves the tip of the pistol up and down scroll wheel up/down moves the entire pistol up and down I will provide a quick video showing the above movements so it will be clear what I’m after Please provide a link to an existing portfolio for consideration.
