Compile HEVC project on Ubuntu / Eclipse

We have a HEVC implementation from GitHub that we need to *compile* on Ubuntu with Eclipse and on the command line, it's compiling on Windows already. There are some dependencies to X11 and other libraries rising compilation errors. There is a makefile that has to be adapted to cover for the dependencies of CImg and X11.
The work has to be done remotely using Team Viewer on a Ubuntu installation.
