CMS Website Design

Create a CMS website that makes use of linking menu text into the article text body. This will result in dynamic web pages where text and image linking is required. I want to use the same articles on multiple webpages, these generic articles only differ by the linked menu text and the linked images. I've attached four PDF documents which better explain both the front end and the pages that require dynamic linking. Also one of the PDF's has a link to my current rough website so you can see the drop down menu, slideshow and crude element positioning. The PDF is the goal, the rough Joomla website is simply on the path to the goal. Much of my terminology is Joomla based because that is the only CMS I know. I'm 90% convinced that Joomla can NOT achieve my dynamic goals without serious coding. You are free to recommend any CMS platform, so long as it achieves the dynamic functionality and has the look I'm seeking.
