C# Project using Thread safe collection and session management

I have a project already setup however i am facing some problem with the session management for multiple users . I would like someone to resolve the problem with the help of using Thread Safe collection Concurrent dictionary features instead of normal dictionary.
I want this as soon as possible if possible we can start right now via teamviewer session.
