C# Player controller mechanim unity3D

I need a new Player controller it will be rather advanced i am useing it for project, it must use unity 3d mecanim. I will need these things done with controller. [login to view URL], walls up,down,left,[login to view URL], and by layers or tags of object [login to view URL],and running when button is held down this will use stemina. 3.swimming. [login to view URL] with inventory [login to view URL] use of stemina and health/mana..everything but the movement form inventory pack. [login to view URL] Attacks,from scratch or I have A pack Called Gac from asset store. i have somewhat battle tested it but not fully yet. this could be a perfect fit. [login to view URL] jumping. [login to view URL] ground and air. [login to view URL] up rigidbody object while holding button and upon releasing throw it. [login to view URL] rigidbody objects like a box. [login to view URL] support and not just parenting player to it. [login to view URL] might be some more smaller things need but atm this is enough. If you are intrested in making 750 cad dollars for this please contact me i might have some more thing to list for a little extra money 100-150$. so be sure to think this over. so the total project could range from 750-900 cad dollars only contact me if really intrested and wnat a little more info on somethiing, the project has a somewhat deadline of oct1st 2016.
