Hi, Sorry, but here your project description is really less to understand the scope of your website. But in skill section you have mentioned database programming, SQL server so from that I can guess that you may want to create any product or data handling website. And you also have mentioned to create its desktop app version. It can also be done by our expert team. But until I am clear about the scope and functionalities of your website it will be difficult for me to place a proper bid so here it is not final.
