I need a window application which built in asp.net, C# ,sql server 2008 database. 1. it keep record of all item according to category and sub category 2. it tell us how much stock available now after very item sale 3. billing generate system 4. supplier and client credit and debit information according to particular id. 5. it keep record of all item according to category and sub category 6. show a screen to user for all item and have a dropdown list to bind it according to need 7. when we choose item from this then all choose product list will go next page and then generate a billing slip. 8. when we sold anything then it reduce from stock so that we know how much stock we have now. 9. list of all customer and supplier with their crdit and debit list Budget Rs 3000

You can do this using excel and access and you can get the same features with it. It will be portable for you also requires less size and maintenance. Please let me know if you have any queries.
