Create Folder in C#

Hello all.
This is my problem, maybe it is very easy to you... I searched on internet but I didn't find na answer:
- I have one string with a folder path (example: "C:\Test")
- I have another string with a folder name; (example: "First Test")
- When I press a button I need to concatenate both and create the folder (example: create the folder "C:\Test\First Test")
I only need the code to put into the button on click event. You can create inside the code the two strings:
string strRoot = "C:\Test";
string folderName = "First Test";
string path = strRoot + folderName";
How do I create the "string path" directory?
For this little Project my budget is 10,00. Bigger bids will be neglected.
