Create a simple console program demonstrating proper use of FFmpeg APIs "d3d11va" hwaccel to decode H.264 using Direct3D 11 Video APIs. Hello, Firstly, your job posting is very very poorly written and presented. It's vague, as it refers to BUILDING FFMPEG, DirectX (on stackoverflow) and more.. My suggestion , would be that you consider using either one of the following to decode H264 with HW accelleration: 1) Just plain ole' DirectX with Video Acceleration(DXVA) - using C++ 2) FFMPEG - built with HW Acceleration - but as a tool(not using API). (To keep things simple) 3) GStreamer Your budget needs to improve, as this is very technical work- if done with DirectX/DXVA and C++. ;-) More later,if I hear from you...
