I would like you to: take an existing set of forms created in formconnect, and create a stand alone app, based on these forms.
The app will:
Allow The user to input data
Allow the user to add photos
Set and reset a timer, with the app
Allow for score allocation to the inputs
Allow for export and collation within excel
