C++ parse XML and fix query

I need the attached C++ program modified as follows: 1) [login to view URL] Line 537 needs to append the correct values to the XML for each service returned. Please note that all prices are for the total of all the packages and not just the first package. 1a) name - The name that the service type is mapped to (if avaible). If is not mapped the service code. 1b) service_code - The service type in the xml 1c) delivery_days - The Delivery Timestamp - today in days 1d) delivery_time - The time from the Delivery Timestamp 1e) sNRate - The Total Net FedEx Charge 1f) sRate - The Total Net Charge 1g) sInsurance - The Amount from Surcharges -> SurchargeType -> INSURED_VALUE -=-=-=- In addition there is a "feature" that needs to be worked around. In [login to view URL] if you comment line 181 and un-comment line 182 you only get the FEDEX_GROUND rates. As I understand it when you send a request COD you need to submit two requests to get all the rates. The examples showing the differences that I was sent are attached.
