D2 Pirate Detecter

Ok for the game Diablo II there is a mod where as host of a game whenever a player joins this hosts game the host receives the character file of the person that joins I am looking to create software/plugin/mod that will allow me to detect the stealing of the characters i have the mod that steals them so coders can understand how it works easily i need to find a way to detect this mod when i connect to the host game thanks ## Deliverables Below attached is the file i need to detect when i join a game in Diablo II
