Convert existing System wide ( global) keyboard 32bit hook DLL code to 64bit code

Specific Requirement: Knowledge of... 1. LCC-Win Compiler 32 bit and 64 bit 2. System Wide Keyboard Hook 3. ANSI and UNICODE Character Mapping 4. My Project: It is a small project. I have a old code which My friend wrote in LCC-Win 32 bit compiler. It is very small DLL for Windows 32 bit. My Old code is to Re-Map the Keyboard & it is System wide( Global) Keyboard Hook DLL for Win32. Your JOB is to CONVERT the OLD win32DLL( hook API & code ) into Win64 code in LCC-Win64 bit Compiler. Main code is hardly total 80-100 lines. Your Job is to See easy transportation of API and code from Win32bit to Win64 bit. My friend want to remap keys in ANSI and Unicode for Win64 bit environment. I am not a regular person who can explain programming Jobs daily so feel free to ask any thing for the project if I am missing anything. but I am sure If you do not have the knowledge of above written 4 requirements than please do not waste our time.
