Cell Phone Photo Application

We are looking for a developer to write an application (prefer Brew MP C++ but open to other platforms) for the Motorola Barrage (Verizon) that takes a photo, sends the image to a number that is not visible to the user, and deletes the photo from the device after the image is successfully sent. The deletion part is very important. Software version FRBKS1_00.21.27P.
