Create a Windows 8 App Using Intel's 3D Perceptual Computing SDK

Hi, I am looking for someone to hire to write a windows application for me. Intel has released a new SDK for perceptual computing using a 3D [login to view URL] SDK is targeted towards developers to write projects that will enable you to interact(games, powerpoints, ect.) using hand gestures. I am looking to hire someone that can write a Windows 8 Application that will enable the users to control the mouse and the Win 8 UI on their computer using hand gestures There are l features I will be including and we can discuss this later on.
