C/AVR ISR USART for ATmega16 acting as Lecom A/B SMV controller (slave)

Create an C USART interrupt routine ISR(USART_RXC_vect) for ATmega16 microcontroller so it respons and sets values as it was an Lecom A/B-protocol SMV slave controller according to chapter 5 & 6 (p11-17) in attached PDF. The absolute minimum is: - that the microcontroller is able to read a "Receive Telegram" from the master host and reply with a proper "Receive Telegram Response" with different variables (different types) set to each codenumber/address - that the microcontroller is able to read a "Send Telegram" and set variables (different types) to read parameter value respectively to its codenumber/address.
