I require someone to make a 'colour detection software' for me, which will work in a very specific way. The software will need to be able to detect specified colours in the video from a connected webcam, then write their locations to txt files. The detailed requirements are in then attached doc file. The software will need to run in windows 7. It can be written in any programming language, but I will need the source code when finished in case I need to make any alterations. Ideally, I need this software completed within two weeks. I am willing to pay a little more for the convenience.
