Apple iPad App Product Catalogue Objective C Programming

We need an iPad app written that can be read on both iPad/iPod's, it is for a simple product catalogue with a title page that customers can flick through the pages and go to any page.

There needs to be a title page which will have the logo, etc on it.

Would prefer if this app was finished in code format so we can copy and paste the code into Xcode and register the App with the Apple.

We would need this app finished within 1 month of the bidding finishing.

We prefer seeing Apps you have previously written to better your chance of being selected.
