Design a Virtual Menu

I am currently working on a project which recognize certain hand gestures and respond to them. I am using Visual Studio and OpenCV library . I want you design me a simple circular menu so when a certain gesture is detected this menu will appear and i can select some functions to execute. The only thing you have to do is to design the circular menu that works with my console application. I need the code and only three buttons on that circular menu is enough. I want to click those buttons and when clicked they will execute certain tasks. I can do the programming for buttons .
