Hi, My name is Michael. I have been programming applications and systems since 1990. I created a Pension Adjustment (PA) system required by all Pension Plans in Ontario Canada. This system calculated the required PA need by each pension plan contributor so that the Company can report the PA on their employees Income Tax reporting form at year end. I also created a Pension Plan Reciprocal Transfer system allowing large Pension plans to compute the Actuarial commuted value of the pension so that these monies could be transferred to the contributor's new plan. Furthermore, I upgraded and enhanced a Non-Profit's donation money tracking system. This application was used by each of the provincial offices to track incoming donations. Then the compiled Office data was sent to Head Office for further processing, analyzing and reporting. I programmed the first two systems in Borland C, and the last application in FoxPro 2.6. Currently, I have MS Visual C/C++ and Watcom C/C++ loaded on my systems. Please let me know what compiler I should get for this project. I have quoted you my hourly rate and an approximate time. I have an experience of more than 10 years of experience in C/C++ developement and although i am a project manager still i really enjoy coding and gets excited to see the result.
