Algorithmic Trading Program

We are interested in finding a programmer to write an algorithmic pairs trading program. The program is a statistical arbitrage or spread trading, is a strategy that allows the trader to capture anomalies, relative strength or even fundamental differences on two stocks while maintaining a market neutral position. We will provide strategy that will include indicators. We will have a live data feed and must buy two stocks when each hit indicator level. Speed is important. We will need to be able to scale out of positions based on percentage moves. We would like to be able to adjust the two stocks and change percentages easily. The program will be used on Tradestation.
