Adware

A small adware: - The program will need to be able to install via an activex (with Retry Recurrence and Retry Message if possible) or by a small exe. - The adware will be able to open new windows, popunders and pop-ups after a certain period on the user computer. - The program must change the start page to a url I specify and when the user changes the start page url (tools -> internet options) it automaticly will change it back to our url. - I need to be able to control the ads in realtime via the Web just by simply entering the pop code or URL that I want it to open. - Statistics of users if possible. - If possible, the program must be compatible with windows 95-XP. I also must get the full source code (installation help) and full rights.
