Address collector + printing documents + excel export

Need a nice windows-based program to be able to: a) add/edit/delete contact details (name, address, city) of people b) add/edit/delete details of a company, who will use the program b) store contact details from a) in a group (+ option to add/edit/delete those groups) c) export contact details from a) to excel sheet d) print letters with pre-defined text with 1 or all contact details of people (from a group) - their contact details should be printed in address field of a letter. The program should be protected with winlicense protection, the demo (not licensed) version should prevent printing to the user. In developing stage, the program should be in English, but the final version should be translated into Slovenian language (will provide you all translations).
