C++ developer/s needed for Photoshop plug-ins

We are looking for a developer individual/team who can assist in the creation of a new software/ecover product. We need adobe Photoshop actions to be created using samples from similar products.

We would like you to provide us with a bid for the creation of 30 (copied/duplicated and changed to my own .atn files) and also provide a price quote of developing a software application that would do everything from one new piece software. Key attributes we look for:

- A driver (someone who gets things done productively and achieves goals and objectives) ie takes charge of a project with both hands and drives it to completion.

-Surrounded by other similar skilled workers or part of a skilled team who have the resources to assist each other on projects and deadlines if needed. Someone who is highly networked.

-Must be experienced and creative and able to adapt their own solutions on any problems or challenges

-A proactive results-based person with a general sense of urgency

-Able to provide examples of previous work and results
