Avi splitter and joiner component

NEED IT VERY QIUCKLY!!!!!!! I'm looking for a Directshow filter or activex component that join 2 or more avi compressed or uncompressed files, must support video and audio, and join the files without recompress if the files are already compressed, and a another Directshow filter or activex component to split an avi file, I need to define start and stop time at that the source file will split the new file, i should maitain the same compression and quality settings and not use recompression. I would like both components/filters process files very quickly, since there are no recompression. The result avi files should maintain the same quality and play in any avi player using standars codecs. I would prefer this done in Delphi or C++.
