needed a business agreement drafted agreement for a small business partnership. the applicant should help figure out a fair agreement for a small money backer (partner) and what would be consider a fair return on there small investment. the partner- would be paid back with interest and or (?) please be familiar with the industry standard of was acceptable as far as standard terms and conditions. we could use a form from legal zoom or equal but prefer to think out out the box. this bid should be between 7.00 and 15.00 usd
