Business Proposal/Plan for a Restaurant Chain

Hello, I am planning to start a restaurant chain in partnership with my friend (who is a chef) and am in the process of securing loans for it for the initial investment (50%), and investing my own money into it (50%). I am of Spanish descent, and the cuisine offered will be Spanish, but with focus on "Spanish decor" and "Elite" dishes. I will be handling all the operations of the restaurant initially, and hire more, as we expand. I have a day job currently, so I require an expert in writing business proposals to write one for me. Experience with writing business proposals in order to secure a loan from banks is a must. Preference will be given to candidates who have written prior proposals in US English for the food industry. I will be available to give information to the expert as needed, in order to make the proposal as persuasive as possible. I understand that we will need to conduct a market research beforehand in order to give the financial projections, so please indicate how you will achieve that in your proposal.
