Assist me with Bulk Marketing

TITLE: Send 800 emails to support a Fundraising Campaign BACKGROUND: I need to raise money to participate in an Everest expedition and the Iditarod dog sled race. I've consolidated a list of 800 companies who have donated to similar causes in the past or sell relevant products or services. JOB: I need help with this effort, so I'm outsource the task of emailing these 800 companies. So essentially, your task would be to email 800 companies. Each of the 800 companies must receive their own email. Nothing bulk. Each email will consist of the text of email and an attached memo in Microsoft Word. I’ve written all content. Email tailoring. Only company names change. I’ve written the content, but each email & the attached memo must be addressed to the receiving company. Also the date on the memo must be updated to whatever day you’re sending the email. That’s the extent of the individualizing. The 800 emails you send must come from my email account, so I will provide it to you. It’s through Google Apps. Email addresses. I have a spreadsheet that has the name of the companies, websites, and email addresses if found on their website. I only have 400 email addresses. The main reason for this is because about half of the companies chose to use web forms as a means of contacting them. If they have a web form instead of an email address, your task will be to paste the text of the memorandum into the company’s web form and send them the message that way. In some cases, and I’m not sure how many, there will be no way of contacting them - neither an email, nor a web form. Tracking. After emailing a company, I would like you to annotate “Sent” on the spreadsheet. Time. I want this task accomplished at a comfortable rate and in a reasonable amount of time. Please include how long it will take you in your response. I am estimating full time, it will take 3 days. Part time (evenings and weekends), it’ll take 1 week.
