Acquiring email addresses/sales leads from Salons/Health&Beauty

This is an initial enquiry to see if a) I can find someone who is capable of helping with this requirement and b) to review costs for such work, this is so I can report back to my client for review before deciding on a path forward and selecting a provider.

My client has just launched a select range of Luxury Shaving Products for men, he has a good reputation in his industry.

He is looking to bring on board as many salons, hotels, health clubs, and other related businesses in the United Kingdom, where male grooming (hair, shaving) is taking place, to stock this range of quality products.

We would like to look at direct marketing options by email or telephone, with yourself providing an idea of cost levels and typical results for each. We would also be interested in providing a commission based payment scheme rather than fixed price. i.e. a payment per salon customer gained. No budget has yet been set, although we do not anticipate this will be large, we are working with a young, small business.

I would like to hear back from those with experience in this area of marketing.
