Hi You can use Azure Automation using powershell or Azure Logic App for this. What I understand that your SP will be return Mobile Number/Email Address and Message fields in results. Then an SMS and Email has to be sent to every person. I would suggest that Azure LogicApp would be even better option for this but I would need to know below details, 1. Which service do you use for sending emails? 2. Which service do you use for sending SMS? I am a certified Azure developer and have 12 years of IT experience.
