Calling all AutoCAD experts

I need someone to import an image into an existing AutoCAD file (*dwg), adjust the size / scale of the image to match the size of the existing study area (it will be clear once you see the files - I will also talk you through what I need via Skype), trace the image onto a new layer, once the new layer has been created, then calculate the areas of each lot (more information needs to be communicated about the specific areas to be calculated but the image needs to be traced before it will be clear what areas need to be calculated). This work is required for a property development project. The study area approximates 700 acres. There are approximately 140 individual 5 acre lots within the study area. We have a *dwg plan (to scale) showing the study area and its boundaries AND we have a separate plan showing the individual lots within the study area (*jpg). I need the individual lots of the *jpg file to be traced into the *dwg file. Once the *jpg lots have been traced into a new layer in the *dwg file I then need the areas calculated for each individual lot (in sqm) that don't contain environmental or bushfire constraints. This is easily identified on the plan once I show it to you. I then need the plan to be printed in pdf to show the areas. So, in summation, someone who has residential subdivision AutoCAD work experience would be ideal, but not essential.
