Hello there, Unfortunately I'm not local, I'm based in Dublin but I'll have a bid on your project to see if we can make an arrangement. I have a subscription to AutoCadLT and am currently using 2018. I have experience measuring buildings and drafting them as built. I also provide 3D scans using Matterport if you need a 3D model with measurements for existing conditions. Send me a sample of one of your finished drawings.
