Secondary Dwelling Unit (SDU) & Related Drawings Project This project was originally posted about a month ago. Unfortunately, until just recently, due to a busy work schedule, I wasn’t able to finish any of the descriptions, notes, or files that comprise this project. And as of the day (today) that I’m re-posting this project, not all of the descriptions, notes, and files, comprising the various sections, are complete. Specifically, the notes and basic wire frame drawings of the Secondary Dwelling Unit (SDU) and existing House are yet to be completed. For now I’ll move forward and submit the sections that are complete, but keep in mind there’s more to come. Please see the attached ZIP File for details and let us know if you’re interested. Also, please review the entire project before responding to this proposal. We will not consider candidates that have not reviewed the entire project, so please have a detailed proposal when you reply. And since we will not be reviewing candidates immediately, there is no need for anyone to respond instantly to this project. In otherwords, responding sooner will not affect our choice. Thanks.
