Good day!
My name is Diego. I am an experienced radio and podcast editor. I worked since 2005 in various radio stations and since 2012 in the National Public Radio of my country. I have literally thousands of hours of voice-editing experience in the various languages I command (English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese).
The quote for one hour of raw material would be around USD 40. On average, one hour raw equals 3 hours of editing.
My approach to podcast editing is:
- Editing out irrelevant or redundant speech
- Remove fillers, gaps, noises, stutterings, grammar mistakes -whenever possible :)-
- Improve the audio when needed (balance, compression, restoration, noise removal, etc)
- Edit the final pieces (intro, interviews, music, ads, outro)
Just to complete my professional "panorama": in the music business, I have composing, arranging, producing, editing, mixing and mastering credits in over 25 albums. Many of them had critical and commercial success, having earned numerous nominations and wins to music awards, as well as gold / platinum certifications in my country of origin.
I completed dozens of similar projects, including podcast, audiobooks, webinars, online courses, etc. You can see those between my many 5-star ratings in the site.
If you want a quick, responsible, detail-oriented audio professional to handle your podcast project at an affordable price, please consider this proposal. Thank you for taking the time to read this application.
All the best,
Diego
