Create Guitar Pro 6 Score from song for rhythm guitar part

Hi Guitar Pro gurus! I am looking for somebody to transcribe a song and build a Guitar Pro document. This is for a rhythm guitar part only. Please provide samples of your previous work. This is a simple blues jam tracks. The document I'm looking for should have the following information: 1) Song name at top 2) Two staffs: one with just the text name of the chord (i.e. A7 / C7) in big, clear font.... and the other staff should be a tab version of the chord. 3) Tempo 4) Key signature 5) Icons of chords at the top underneath the song name 6) Three sections "A" "B" and "C" for the different sections The chord progression is as follows: A7 / D7 / A7 / A7 D7 / D7 / A7 / A7 E7 / D7 / A7 / E7
