I wish to setup a web base conference site using an Asterisk server. This project will involve the setup of A2Billing and a basic web interface and may require further development.
Conference specifications
Stage 1
Meet-me interface
• Clients being able to book conferences via web interface and auto dial participants when the conference starts.
• The ability to invite participants into conference rooms a have calls charged to their A2Billing account including international destinations.
• Ability to notify the conference moderator via the meet-me web portal when they wish to talk – ‘Hand up feature’.
A2Billing charging
• Calls billed for conferences through A2Billing.
• Different call rates for incoming trunks – 1300 inbound calls charged @ 20 cents per minute or 15 cents per minute for local calls.
• Ability to charge calls from SIP extensions to conferences.
• Charging for each participant in the conference room charger to a pre-paid or post paid A2Billing account.
• Post paid and Pre-Paid A2Billing accounts.
• Secure payments into our bank account through a third party provider.
• The invoice needs to display the moderators name
Conference features
• Ability to record conferences with the file retrieved by the conference number and moderator pin number.
• Ability to call a operator extension for help or support
• Ability to create dedicated conference rooms (Asterisk panel) and charge to A2Billing accounts with individual music on hold.
YUM Updates need to be working on the server.
Stage 2
Flash website with A2Billing and Meet-Me integrated.
