Asterisk Enhancement IVR and Conference

I need to add the following features to my MySQL based, Asterisk SIP server:

1) IVR Choices (Like PBX AutoAttendant)

2) Add to my Messages section "Controlled Playback"

3) Standard Conference Facility including:

3.1) Default Music on Hold if single caller

3.2) In conference static menu system

3.3) Option to Create new room & Join new room from Menu

3.4) Admin user has menu options to Lock room and Kick unwelcome caller
