Bartending Education Website Looking for Writers

We are developing a new website focused on bartending education and are looking for someone to write articles on bartending basics. There is also a need for featured articles on up-and-coming trends, new products, bar management, etc. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience writing. The bartending basics will require very little research as they will be a large portion of re-writing ideas and knowledge that already exists but without plagiarizing. For the featured articles we are looking for someone with an interest in bartending, cocktails, spirits, and bar management. Please send some examples of your work and provide us with insight into the specifics of your interests (e.g., great at re-writing any topic, interested in writing about bar management, interested in writing about new trends in the bartending marketplace). We are hoping to build good relationships with several writers to keep on hand for contract work as we continue to grow our website. We are setting the project budget at $100 to test out writing talent. As we find good writers we'll add additional projects and have a budget set of $1,000 for the next 3 weeks.
